1. Course Fees
- Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable.
- If enrollment is canceled before the course begins, up to 50% refund may be provided.
2. Software / Panel Services
- Once activated, software or panel services are non-refundable.
- In case of any verified technical issue from our side, a service replacement or account credit may be offered.
3. Trial & Demo
- Where available, demo or trial access is provided only for evaluation purposes.
- Refund requests after trial or demo usage will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made via email to support@prateekiit.com.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
